Chiropractic aims to restore the communication between your body and your brain. When a joint no longer moves freely, the brain interprets that as a potential threat or injury and, in an attempt to protect the area, may trigger muscle spasms, pain, and inflammation. To correct this issue, I deliver adjustments to the joints (both to the spine and to the extremities) to restore proper movement using a wide variety of techniques to accommodate each patient.

Tendonitis, Bursitis, chronic tight muscles, TMJ dysfunction, tension headaches, these sound familiar? The thing in common: fascial restriction. Fascia is like Saran Wrap for the muscles, covering each muscle independently and connecting muscles to each other. An injury to one area can cause fascia to adhere to itself or to another area, causing painful/ dysfunctional motion. Myofascial release is a soft tissue technique combining stretching with trigger point therapy to releave this pain . . .
