Chiropractic aims to restore the communication between your body and your brain. When a joint no longer moves freely, the brain interprets that as a potential threat or injury and, in an attempt to protect the area, may trigger muscle spasms, pain, and inflammation. To correct this issue, I deliver adjustments to the joints (both to the spine and to the extremities) to restore proper movement using a wide variety of techniques to accommodate each patient.
